Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2242 129th Street, College Point NY 11356. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up usually within 4 hours if the order was placed during business hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8AM - 5PM on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Blade Depot is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We understand that you may need to return our products for a number of reasons. We are glad to help you. Here are our return and refund policies:
  • All returns are permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. 
  • New and original conditions will get 100% merchant price refund less 5% restocking fee;
  • Used items cannot be refunded. If you used the items, please dont send it to us.
  • All defective items are subject to exchange with same model but responsibilities of customers will not be refunded.
  • Customers to pay return shipping cost, at their choice of shipping method;
  • All refunds are paid the same payment form customers used to place the order;
  • Refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item but it will be shown up your bank or credit card statement after several business days.
